Over the years I’ve tried many methods of trying to rid my
body of the dreaded “cement arms” in the early part of the
racing season. I’ve had many failures and spent a lot of
money on gimmicks and videos that didn’t really work. It
wasn’t until I was in College studying Anatomy and Bio
Mechanics that I realized what we’ve (as racers) been doing
wrong. So applying that information, I came up with a
training method that works awesome. And it ‘s a no brainer!
You just have to apply it in a training program in the
pre-season... and do it faithfully. Many friends that I race
with were amazed at how well it has worked for them and how
simple it really is. You don’t have to have your forearms
operated on and get your veins stripped out either. I have a
three page article that explains how it works and how to
train around it. Like my Dad always said to me as a kid,
“The old four letter word, KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid!!”
You might not want to tell your friends, because it really
works, it’s simple, and won’t cost you a fortune. It will be
the best twenty bucks you spent on racing all season long.
You won’t be disappointed!
